recently those netlabel goofs at the FRACTION SANCTUARY got some peculiar parcel. no return address, just a crude drawing of a teacup. inside the box was a fluorescent orange vhs tape with the phrase "trv 2 way my son" scribbled all over it. the case was all busted up and partially melted, but EL and cubey managed to salvage the footage just fine. and so we grabbed some caramel popcorn and played it through on our magic all-region vcr player. what we saw was bonkers, and what we HEARD even more so.

right after we finished our viewing, we got a discord message from someone whose tag identified them as 'chamomile': "did u like my demo". yeah, i think we watched a cursed tape. y'know, like in "the ring". thankfully, though, this stranger only wanted to release their juke noise album with the label. fisticuffs says "yeah uh i think ive seen them around at party play" but otherwise any actual info about this mystery musician is scant. so, uh, here is "trv 2 way my son". it pretty much speaks for itself. i dont even know why they picked me to do this write up. i'm barely even involved with this label. i'm only on the tones 4 phones cover cause they needed someone to fill an empty spot. can i just go home already?
