It's quite interesting how ideas can shift and change over time. Your intentions at the beginning of a new venture may spiral into a whole new direction as you go on. And that's certainly the case with this album. super going reportedly intended these tracks for other albums or projects that ended up being scrapped. But there was life in these pieces yet, and so they were grouped together. The result? A totally new, unprecedented experience! You'd be forgiven for thinking these six tracks were joined at the hips from the get-go.

Over the past year, s.g.'s been taking their sound to new heights. Their previous 2023 fnl release, Stagnete, saw them dabbling into the realm of electroacoustic. Here, super going dives deeper, reconstituting the common sounds of the Casio into hypnotic, nuanced tonal paintings. Track 3 is reminiscent of the uncanny world of early OPN works without feeling derivative at all, and those who enjoy fellow FNL member doctor's music will find a lot to love about Track 5.

The serendipitous circumstances of this album's creation means its slight tongue-in-cheek title does hold a bit of weight. Regardless of some arbitrary and unobtainable standard of flawlessness, though, I feel this release is perfect just the way it is! So, I highly recommend giving it a spin.

This is no less than the fourth super going release on FNL-- previous releases include Stagnete, nobody festiv ertaagh, and super gone II!
